Are Vertical Blinds OK?

A lot of people wonder about vertical blinds since a lot of designers don’t use them as much anymore. Probably the worst thing I have seen people do is install vertical blinds in their bedroom windows that are elevated. The only reason you would even want to use vertical blinds is for sliding door openings, or window openings which reach the floor.
If you are considering blinds then go with a horizontal blind that will actually look nice in your rooms. If you don’t want to do that then at least go for some shutters. If you want to read about getting discount plantation shutters I suggest you check out buying them from a manufacturer.
If neither of these meet your fancy then you might go for a softer look with some roller shades. These can almost give your room a pastel or glow to it.
